Rates and Fees

Initial assessment and intake for new patients (90 minutes).

Follow-up appointment (30 or 50 minutes)

Billed in 15 minute increments

Patients with MEDICARE may be required to pay co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible as required by their MEDICARE plan.

All other patients will be expected to make full payment of all fees due at time of service unless alternative payment plan agreed upon in advance of services being rendered.

We accept payment via cash, check, and credit card. A billing statement will be provided which you may submit for out-of-network benefit reimbursement with your private insurer.
